Extensively trained in exposure response prevention, an anxiety treatment at the University of Pennsylvania and executive functions coaching, I apply my skills to a broad range of issues such as Adult ADHD, social anxiety, phobias, time anxiety, and obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) and have an in depth understanding of their unique challenges and how they can contribute to an unquiet mind. I work with adults 18 and above. Parents who are interested in coaching for their college kids, please have them get in touch with me directly. Motivation and ownership in managing their ADHD are integral in the coaching program.
