Insurance Info
I am an out-of-network provider licensed in Pennsylvania. For Pennsylvania residents, I can provide an invoice for insurance reimbursement but it is not a guarantee. See the process below to find out if your insurance covers the cost. ADHD coaching and therapy for non-Pennsylvania residents is not covered by insurance.

Insurance Info Checklist
Here’s the checklist 📝 to find out if your insurance covers psychotherapy services. For Pennsylvania residents only.
✅ Grab your health insurance ID 🪪 or information.
✅ Call the ☎️ number on the ID or go to their website. Ask if your health insurance company provides coverage for out-of-network providers. I am an out of network provider meaning I do not accept insurance.
✅ Provide CPT (current procedural terminology) and/or POS (place of service) codes, if requested. CPT for 45 minute psychotherapy is 90834. POS is 10 for telehealth in patient’s home.
✅ If they cover the cost, schedule a phone consultation.

Receive a link to your client portal. Complete and submit the intake documents. Payment for the first session is required to secure your slot.

We will review your current challenges, goals, and how we can approach your therapy and coaching together.

We meet weekly for more consistent and faster results.

No penalty for cancellations with at least 24-hours notice. Less than 24-hours notice or no-shows will be charged the full session fee as a penalty.
